Greater Racine Avicultural Society (GRAS)
Our purpose and focus as a Society is to promote better understanding of and care for caged and wild birds through education of its members and the public, support avian conservation efforts, support avian educational training and research, captive breeding, showing birds and encouraging young bird owners.
Our members are from the Racine and Sturtevant area. Most of the members are exotic bird owners of various sizes and species. We like to share our knowledge, experiences and have fun. We are also looking for young people that are bird owners or interested in becoming responsible bird owners. We encourage wild bird lovers to join us also.
We meet the second Tuesday of the month at:
Panera in Racine
6:30 pm
If you have questions please call Jeff: 262-308-2642
